It does not crumble, it stays well and it is easy to remove, but the brush is a nightmare. You won't be able to apply the mascara evenly without clumping your eyelashes together. Everything ends up in a messy clump, so you have to use another brush to fix the situation.
The mascara is terrible, absolutely dreadful. The lashes stick together after application.

It is not long-lasting, as by the second half of the day (and I applied it in the morning), it left black smudges under my lower eyelid.
